A Space for You
Whether you’re navigating trauma, recovering from addiction, feeling disconnected from yourself, or longing for deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk with you — at your pace, in your own rhythm.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming home to yourself.
In our sessions, we listen closely to the stories, beliefs, perceptions and your body. We follow sensations, breath, images, and subtle shifts — with deep presence, curiosity, and compassion.
When we work together, I am able to integrate:

Neurosomatic Psychotherapy
The therapeutic space I offer is deeply relational, grounded in mutual trust and attunement. I believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in connection.

If you’d like to learn more or book a session, I’d be honoured to connect with you.
Compassionate Inquiry
Compassionate Inquiry as a practice recognises that the primary source of suffering is our disconnection from the deepest parts of ourselves, often caused by childhood and intergenerational trauma. With the right attention, this connection can be restored.
Compassionate Inquiry can help you to recognize that your conflicts, dysfunctions, addictions, anxieties, depression, and relationship patterns came along at a certain point in your life as coping mechanisms that helped you to survive. Once you “feel” and understand this, you may realise that these adaptations are not who you are. Who you are is your being, your essence, which is pristine, peaceful, aware and whole. It can never be damaged or broken.

Neurosomatic Psychotherapy
Neurosomatic psychotherapy is a unique kind of therapy that focuses not just on your thoughts and emotions, but also on what’s happening in your brain and body. “Somatic” means “of the body,” and this approach is all about recognizing that our bodies as well as nervous system store experiences—especially stress and trauma—even when our minds try to move on.
Think about how your shoulders tense up when you’re stressed or how your stomach feels tight when you’re anxious. Somatic therapy helps you tune into those physical signals and gently work through them. It’s not just talking about your problems—it’s feeling through them.
Parts Work
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is gentle yet powerful approach that helps us understand and heal the different “parts” within us. These parts often form in response to life experiences—especially early ones—and carry protective roles, pain, or beliefs that shape how we move through the world. IFS invites us to meet these parts not with judgment, but with compassion and curiosity, allowing healing to happen from the inside out.
As IFS founder Dr. Richard Schwartz says:
“All parts are welcome.” This simple statement captures the heart of the work—learning to turn toward ourselves with kindness, and discovering that even our most difficult parts hold wisdom and care.
