Where do sessions take place?
The sessions can be online or face to face. Face to face session take place in a private room based in Pool at Pegasus Well Being Centre or alternatively Walk and Talk therapy can take place at the beach or in a woodland.
What is the coast of the session?
An initial 15 min consultation is free, as it is incredibly important to find out if we resonate with each other.
The initial assessment is £85 (60 min)
The following cost per session is £75 (50min)
There’s no obligation at any point to book further sessions
I also offer a sliding scale and concessions for people, who are experiencing financial difficulties.
What can I expect from our sessions?
Our therapeutic process and relationship will be unique. We both will be building a safe space, where you are able to purely focus on yourself and your therapeutic needs. Our space is confidential, non judgemental, collaborative and guided by you and your pace.
What happens in the assessment?
It is your opportunity to share your story with me, your needs, aspirations, challenges, goals and obstacles. If you require therapeutic plan, one can be collaboratively made together.
What type of therapy will I be offered?
I am an integrative psychotherapist and I incorporate variety of approaches. My speciality area is in neurosomatic modalities and Compassionate Inquiry. To find out more please go to Work with Me page.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential. The only time I would have to break confidentiality is if I believed you might be at risk to yourself or other people. Breaking confidentiality is very rare and would only happen after the person concerned had been informed.
How many sessions will I need?
The therapeutic process in unique to each person. I see clients on short- and long-term basis, and it all depends on your personal circumstances. Some people feel shifts and benefits just after 6 sessions, whilst others choose a long-term therapeutic commitment.
