Hi, I’m Magda and I’m an integrative psychotherapist specialising in Neurosomatic Psychotherapy, Parts Work and Compassionate Inquiry, offering body-oriented approaches that gently explore and uncover layers of trauma, internalised beliefs, suppressed emotions and the stories held within our minds and bodies.
At Inner Landscapes Psychotherapy, the name reflects my belief that we each carry an inner world—layered, complex, and shaped by our experiences. I work with the understanding that we all have different “parts” within us, each with its own story, role, voice and way of coping. Rather than seeing this as something to fix, I see it as something to understand and care for. My approach is grounded in the deep connection between mind and body, inspired by the work of Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, and Richard Schwartz.

Through Somatic Therapy, Parts Work and Compassionate Inquiry, I support clients in gently reconnecting with themselves—exploring what the body has carried, what the nervous system remembers, and what might now be ready to release. With curiosity and compassion, we create space for each part of you to feel seen, understood, and supported—so healing can unfold naturally from within.
Yes, it is sometimes gruelling, deep hard work that might get you in a place of heart and soul ache but whilst exploring and questioning the old patterns and beliefs, new shoots of hope and possibilities can arise. What’s needed is patience, courage, honesty and moments of our awareness.
Why This Work Matters to Me
My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t just professional — it was personal. I have walked through my own share of challenges, trauma and long seasons of searching. I’ve explored many therapeutic modalities, each offering something valuable. But it wasn’t until I found somatic psychotherapy and Compassionate Inquiry that I experienced the deep, embodied transformation I had been longing for.
The shifts were not just mental or emotional — they were cellular, energetic and soulful. So powerful that I knew I had to share these practices with others. I believe that when we can release ourselves from the hold of our stories and implicit memories a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion and freedom.
